I was wondering on the difficulty of Indoc. I've been through SERE Indoc and was wondering how it compares. Amount of running, pool work, grad requirements? Any info would be great.

make sure you get used to fin swimming and crossfit.  i'd say the difficulty level here is like doing 3 or 4 legit crossfit workouts in one day.  harder than SERE physically for sure.

It's not like PJ indoc where the hardest portion is in the beginning. The SOWT/CCT approach is to build you up to where you need to be. You will definitely be challenged.

From what I've heard and read SOWT doesn't get water confidence anywhere near to what PJ's get. And CCT gets it pretty much once they get to pre-scuba. But anyone care to add to this so called "intel" of mine?

yea man. honestly there's no water confidence in indoc. it's all just swimming and finning. i'd get used to swimming with a shirt on too. also sometimes you'll swim in abu's.

It still does not hurt to train for water con. It helps to build confidence in the water as the name implies.

True. My friends recommendation was focus on finning, throw in a few underwaters. He said after the PAST they never free styled much.
