The message below just came down through channels.  It's not a done deal yet, but spread the word to those folks who may be eligible.

It appears as if Dave's good work is paying off.  If you have anyone reenlisting who is a Zone B type before 1 March you want to have them wait until 1 March.  It appears that we'll have a SRB of 2 after that date for zone B reenlistments only.  Look for a message coming you're way from AF/DP next Monday stating such.  It will be with all the other AFSCs that will have changes effective 1 March.

This isn't the end of the saga but it is a good news story for some of our folks.  Hat's off to Dave and Col. Murphy (AF/XOOWR) for pushing this noodle all the way to the top of the mountain.  Cheers, Jake
